About the Role
CittaCore Technologies seeks an experienced Salesforce Architect to drive cross-functional projects and provide end-to-end solutions using Salesforce. The role emphasizes mentoring the development team, translating complex business requirements into scalable architecture, and maintaining enterprise-grade platform standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop custom solutions and integrations using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
- Provide technical leadership and troubleshooting support to internal users
- Lead and mentor developers on scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions
- Translate business requirements into aligned Salesforce solutions
- Ensure security, reliability, and platform availability
- Research and evaluate new Salesforce features for adoption recommendations
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce integrations
- Monitor performance and identify optimization opportunities
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and best practices
- Participate in project planning and execution
Requirements & Qualifications
- 10+ years software engineering experience
- 5+ years Salesforce development experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components
- Salesforce Developer certifications required
- Strong Salesforce data model understanding
- RESTful APIs and microservices expertise
- Proven mentoring and leadership experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Enterprise system implementation experience
- Agile methodology experience
- CI/CD tools proficiency (GitHub, Salesforce CLI)
