About the Role
CittaCore Technologies seeks a Salesforce Commerce Cloud Tech Lead to guide eCommerce development efforts and ensure technical excellence for enterprise clients. The role emphasizes hands-on SFCC expertise, release management leadership, and performance optimization across complex multi-team environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and refresh sandbox images and test environments
- Implement workflow automation using GitHub Actions
- Design processes for replicating custom preferences across systems
- Create and maintain GitFlow diagrams and documentation
- Define and monitor site performance metrics
- Oversee weekly code releases, including branching operations
- Support third-party load testing initiatives
- Enforce deployment and version control best practices
- Partner with cross-functional teams on integration efforts
- Diagnose and resolve environmental and performance issues
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (required)
- 8–10 years of relevant experience preferred
- Demonstrated experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC)
- Strong SFCC engineering background and custom job configuration knowledge
- Cloud platform proficiency (AWS or equivalent)
- Deep understanding of release management processes
- GitHub and GitFlow expertise
- Experience in iterative development and multi-team environments
- Strong collaborative and mentoring abilities
- Availability to work in Pacific Standard Time
Preferred Skills
- Full-stack SFCC development experience
