About the Role
CittaCore Technologies is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to design, configure, code, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions adhering to best practices, scalability, and performance expectations. The role involves leading module development, collaborating across teams, and maintaining deep technical expertise across the Salesforce platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and code Salesforce products and solutions
- Engage with project managers, solution architects, and business analysts to understand requirements
- Translate functional designs into technical specifications
- Configure and deploy custom reports, dashboards, and snapshots
- Define test plans and conduct solution testing
- Manage testing and deployment across development, test, and production environments
- Support enhancement and change request development
- Lead and manage teams for module design and development
- Coordinate with customer IT teams for design and deployment
- Assist presales teams with RFP responses and demos
- Maintain deep technical knowledge of Salesforce products
- Conduct technical workshops for internal knowledge sharing
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of Salesforce development experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Visualforce, Apex, LWC, SLDS, Aura, JavaScript, CSS, HTML
- Workflow building and Process Builder expertise
- UI/UX design and development understanding
- Agile/Scrum delivery experience
- Platform Developer I Certification preferred
- SOQL, SOSL, Reports, Dashboards proficiency
- SOAP/REST API integration experience
- Data migration tool knowledge
- Version control and development IDE familiarity

- Salesforce product knowledge — Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, Einstein Analytics, Communities
